WARNING: Sleep Apnea Affects One in Four
If anyone on your staff has some of these warning signs please have them contact a doctor:

Falling asleep during meetings or at one's desk during the day
Having a tough time staying awake on the way to work
Snoring is quite loud
Others note a person stops breathing or gasps for breath during sleep
Dozing off or feeling overly sleepy watching television, driving, or while engaged in daily activities
Having difficulty sleeping several nights a week
Having trouble falling asleep and wake frequently
Waking too early and not being able to get back to sleep
Feeling an unpleasant, creeping, tingling feeling in legs when going to sleep
Experiencing sleep interruptions such as bad dreams, heartburn, pain, or discomfort
