Three Things You Can Do To Identify Risk Of Sleep Problems

1. Observe Yourself
Review our sleep apnea symptoms checklist. Be honest with yourself. If you have some of these symptoms, educate yourself, do more homework and consider seeing a doctor. Men typically deny their symptoms more than women.

2. Ask Questions
Ask spouse, family, and friends for feedback on the indicators you identified. Do they see something you don't? Do co-workers notice you dozing off during meetings?

3. See a Healthcare Professional
If you have any concern after you've done steps one and two, don't sleep on it, act on it. If you don't know who to talk with, contact us and we'll give you a referral.
